We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Thursday 6 June.
Exclusive Remortgage with free valuation and legals
- NEW 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee at 5.39%.
- NEW 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee at 4.84%.
- NEW 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.84%.
- NEW 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.12%.
Exclusive Purchase with £300 cashback
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee at 4.56%.
- NEW 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee at 4.64%.
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 4.66%.
- NEW 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 4.80%.
In addition, we made these changes at 8pm on Wednesday 5 June:
- Selected Fix and Switch Purchase fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.10%, with rates starting from 5.34%.
- 90% LTV Own New 2 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.05%, with rates starting from 2.78%.
- BTL fixed rates with 3% fee have been reduced by 0.02%, with rates starting from 4.03%.
- Selected BTL 5 year fixed rates with 1% fee have been reduced by 0.02%, with rates starting from 4.67%.
- 90% Purchase 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been increased by 0.05%, to 5.44%.
- 95% Purchase 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver has been increased by 0.10%, at 5.94%.
We also withdrew the following product at 8pm on Wednesday 5 June:
- 90% Purchase Exclusive 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.00%.
